ONLY FOR CUSTOM ROMS WITH THE CYANOGENMOD THEME ENGINE AND THE LATEST DIRTY UNICORNS COMMITS FOR CONTEXTUAL HEADERS! THIS WILL NOT WORK ON STOCK ANDROID, STOCK CYANOGENMOD OR ANY LAYERS ROMS!
As of 5/25/16, the only ROMs I know of that support this app are Dirty Unicorns and some test builds of Validus. Install the app, then go to your theme chooser and apply the HueI-Freeze Contextual Headers.
This time-contextual header pack is designed to complement the HueI-Freeze icon pack and includes headers that match wallpapers included in the app:
